Investors in People Champions are a prestigious group of role model organisations that promote the framework and its benefits through best practice activity. 

Champions come from a wide range of backgrounds including the private, public and third sectors and can range in size from less than ten to thousands of employees.

Recognised with Investors in People Gold status, Champions are available to provide relevant assistance to any organisations that are interested in becoming Investors in People or to those already recognised but looking to explore continuous improvement and best practice. 

As part of their role, Champions undertake activities including presentations, mentoring, open days and developing Investors in People case studies.
